From sole trader to team, without the chaos

Start on your own, then invite the team with a share link when you grow. Everyone gets the right view: owners and office staff see the whole business, contractors see the jobs assigned to them — nothing else.

Assignment and accountability

Assign jobs to the right people and the work turns up on their phone with the job sheet and its photo evidence. Every completed task records who did it and when, so accountability is built in, not bolted on.
