How the price works

£19.99 a month for the account, including your first user. Users two to ten are £10.00 each, eleven to twenty-five £8.00, and £6.00 beyond that.

It's graduated, so a step is not a cliff — your eleventh user costs £8.00 and the ten before them stay the same.

Five bands, everywhere

The App Store and Google Play can't charge for a changing number of users on a subscription that renews, so Jobivo sells five bands and rounds up — the same five on the web and in the apps. Each band costs what the ladder says at the top of that band.

Storage

25 GB up to five users, 50 GB to ten, 100 GB to twenty, 200 GB above that. Photos, certificates and documents all count against it. The meter is in Files & Storage, and extra capacity is sold from there.
