F-Gas records for refrigeration & air conditioning
Leak checks, service and refrigerant recovery — with the re-check date worked out for you.
The F-Gas record set for refrigeration and air conditioning under the GB F-Gas regime: leak check and service records, and refrigerant recovery records. The next leak-check date is computed from the system's CO₂-equivalent charge, so the interval is worked out for you rather than counted by hand.
Certificates you can issue
F-Gas Leak Check & Service Record
The leak check and service record — refrigerant, charge, CO₂e, leak result and the next check due date.
Refrigerant Recovery Record
Recovered quantities, cylinder serials and the waste consignment details.
Issued digitally, every time
A verify link on every certificate
Each record has its own public web page and QR code — anyone can scan it and confirm it's genuine, any time.
Tamper-proof digital seal
Every issued PDF is cryptographically sealed, so a downloaded copy can be proven unaltered years later.
Always online, never lost
The permalink stays live for the life of the record — no filing, no re-issuing a mislaid copy.
Auto-attach to invoices
The certificate rides the job's invoice email automatically, so the customer gets the bill and the proof together.
Sign on web or the mobile app
Capture the engineer's and customer's signatures on site on a phone, or on the desktop — offline works too.

The re-check date, worked out
Enter the refrigerant and charge and Jobivo computes the CO₂-equivalent tonnage and the leak-check frequency band — 12, 6 or 3 months, halved intervals doubled where fixed leak detection is fitted, and a one-month re-check after a repair. The next check due date is set from that band and printed on the record.
Records that stand up
Each record issues with a verify link and a sealed PDF, and quantities are recorded as measured values. Your company F-Gas certificate number and the engineer's category are held once and print on every record.
