Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Jobivo account at any time from the web app. Deletion happens immediately and signs you out.

Deleting your account is permanent. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered or restored.

What gets deleted

What is removed depends on your role in your company:

If you own the company

The entire company and all of its data are permanently deleted for everyone — this cannot be undone. That includes:

  • All jobs and their workflows, steps, and status history
  • All customers and sites
  • All photo evidence, job sheets, notes, and attachments
  • All templates and custom fields
  • Every team member's access to the company workspace

If you're a contractor

Only your personal account and data are deleted. The company and its other members are not affected. This removes:

  • Your Jobivo login and profile
  • Your job assignments, notes, photos, and time entries

How to delete your account

  • Sign in to Jobivo in your web browser.
  • Open your profile and company settings using the avatar button in the top-right of the dashboard.
  • Scroll to the Contact details section.
  • Select the red Delete account link.
  • Confirm in the dialog. Your account is deleted and you're signed out immediately.
