Find your way around
Jobivo is laid out the same way on the web, Android and iPhone: Home for what's happening, a menu grouped the way a trade business runs — Operations, Sales, Purchasing, Team — and a New or +button wherever there's something to create.
The menu#
The sidebar on the left holds everything. Operations is the work: Jobs, Snags, Projects, Certificates, Schedule and Templates. Sales is Quotes, Invoices, Price book and Customers. Purchasingis Purchase orders, Expenses and Suppliers. Files, Help & support and Settings sit at the foot.
Tap ☰at the top left to open the menu. It has the same sections as the web — Operations, Sales, Purchasing, Team — with Files, Help & support and Settings at the foot. Jobs and Snags aren't in it: they live on Home.
Home#
Dashboard, at the top of the sidebar, is the whole business at a glance: what you're owed, the quotes and invoices in play, this week's appointments, and the jobs that need you.
Home is split into tiles along the top — Jobs, Snags, Projects, Financials and Team. Snags only shows while there are open ones.
Creating something new#
Every list has a New button in its toolbar. To create a job: Operations → Jobs → New. Quotes, invoices, customers and the rest work the same way from their own page. On a narrow screen it's a round + in the corner instead.
The + at the bottom of Home creates whatever Home is showing: on Jobs a job, on Projects a project, on Financials a quote. To create a job: Home → Jobs → +. Other pages from the menu have their own +.
Search and notifications#
The bar along the top has Search — one box for jobs, customers, quotes, invoices and the rest — then ? for Help & support and the bell for Notifications.
Search is at the bottom of the screen: a tab beside Home and Schedule on iPhone, and on the dock on Android. The bell at the top of Home opens Notifications.
Your company and settings#
Click your company name in the top bar to switch company or open Company settings. Your initials, at the far right, open your own profile. Settings is also at the foot of the sidebar.
Tap the company name at the top of the menu (☰) to switch company or role. Settings is at its foot.
Tip — lost? Search finds anything by name — a customer, a job, an invoice number — faster than any menu. On the web, the ? on most screens opens the guide for that screen.
