What Jobivo is
Jobivo runs the work: who it's for, what has to be done, proof it was done, what it cost, and getting paid for it. One thread from the first phone call to the money landing.
Customers hold everything together
A customer is who the work is for. Jobs, quotes, invoices and what they owe you all hang off them — so “what have we done for this lot, and do they owe us anything?” is one page, not four.
A job is one piece of work
Each job has a customer, dates and a job sheet — the steps your team works through on site. The job sheet is where you ask for photos: at the exact step where the proof matters, not as a vague “take some pictures”.
Evidence builds itself
As the team ticks steps off, their photos are stamped with the time and place and stack up as the job's evidence record. It's what settles a dispute, and it's already there — nobody has to assemble it afterwards.
Money rides on the same job
Price it with a quote, convert it to an invoice, log what you spent as you go. Because the costs and the documents sit on the job, you find out whether it made money while you can still do something about it.
All of it, from your pocket
The phone app isn't a cut-down companion — it does everything the browser does. Book work, price it, send the invoice, chase the money, all from a van seat. Sign in on whatever's to hand and it's the same company, the same jobs, the same second. And when there's no signal in a plant room or a loft, work carries on and syncs when it comes back.
More in Getting started
- Set up your company — The settings worth doing first: your details, VAT, bank details and document defaults.
- Invite your team — Get the people on site into Jobivo, and pick the right role for each of them.
