Your first day in the field

Download Jobivo and tap Join company. On Join your company, put in your email, your name and a password, then Create account. If you were sent a link, open it on your phone and it takes you straight there.

You'll see Waiting to be connected until your company lets you in — you come straight in the moment they do, no need to refresh. Been given a four-character code? Type it under Have a company code? and tap Connect with code.

Home → Jobslists the jobs you've been assigned — only yours. Tap one to open its job sheet: the tasks to work through, grouped the way your company set them up (first fix, second fix and so on).

Tick the box beside a task when it's done. Where a task asks for photos, open it and tap Add photos— Jobivo's camera stamps each one with the time and place, so it stands as proof of the work. You can mark a photo up before it saves.

A sign-off task shows Tap to sign: turn your phone sideways, put in Who is signing?, let them sign and tap Done— the task ticks itself. If a task won't tick, Jobivo tells you what it's waiting for: No signature yet or Notes not added.

Spotted a problem? Open the task, tap ⋯ → Add snag and say What needs putting right? Add a photo if it helps. It goes to the right person in writing, against that exact task, instead of a text message nobody can find later.

When every task is ticked, tap Complete at the bottom of the job, then Complete jobto confirm. Not seeing it? Your company may finish jobs off themselves — that's fine, your part is done.
